Tourists take a boat to a remote island, where they find that most of the people have disappeared, and something is stalking them. They find a hidden room in the big mansion on a hill, and an ancient diary, which gives them clues to the source of the terror.
Directed by Joe D'Amato. Starring Tisa Farrow, Saverio Vallone, Serena Grandi, Margaret Mazzantini and Mark Bodin.
Lyradrift plots Anthropophagous as a star at the centre of its own sky, with related films orbiting it as satellites, gathered from TMDB recommendations, shared themes, Wikidata links (same director, writer, series, source material or subject) and closeness of feel, then chosen for the strongest evidence — the closer and brighter a star, the more strongly it is related. Fly to any satellite to make it the new centre and keep exploring.
